LEMAIRE offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain delicate items and accessories may be subject to specific return restrictions to ensure product integrity.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Access your account or use the guest order portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and protective bags are included, and securely seal the box.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order or via email to the exterior of the package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off the parcel at the designated carrier location; once our atelier inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
